Stanici Legend The house is located above the coast road 5 km south of Omis between Split and Makarska. 300 meters distance ( 5-6 minutes walk) from the beach. The entrance is on the 1st floor but on the ground level to the terrain of the road. Includes living room (balcony access), kitchen- dinning , 3 bedrooms, bathroom (tub/wc and washing machine. Markets , Restaurants , Fruit - and Vegetable stand , coffee bar and bus stops can be found in the centre reach in about 3 minutes. The residential building has 3 flats and 1 rental apartments : 1st Floor ( 85 m²) + Balcony 15 m² : The level entrance goes through the staircase, korriodor with access to the 3 bedrooms with (2 single beds, 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed) bed and sofa bed rooms have direct access to the balcony , bathroom with washing machine ( tub/wc , dining and kitchen area (large refrigerator, oven , stove, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine). To reach the livingroom has to pass korridor kitchen area . At the livingarea will find couches , TV/Sat, air conditioning exclusively +5 €/day with access to the balcony .
